The only data collected is what you enter in the contact form: your first names, your email address, the date and location of your wedding, the type of event and your message.

The website uses no audience-measurement tool and no advertising or tracking cookie, and sets no cookie that requires your consent.

Only the functional cookie “lang”, which remembers your language choice, is set when you use the language switcher. It contains no personal data, lasts 12 months and is exempt from consent.

This data is used only to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare a quotation. The processing is based on pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6.1.b GDPR) and on our legitimate interest in answering the enquiries we receive (Article 6.1.f).

Your data is neither sold nor used for commercial prospecting.

Your message is sent by email to Angelo Semedo Moreira. Only the technical providers needed to run the website have access to it: the host (MK-Web, on the infrastructure of Hetzner Online GmbH) and the email provider used to receive enquiries (Microsoft Outlook). No data is stored in a database on the website.

Fonts are hosted on the website itself: no data is sent to a third-party service when pages are displayed.

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them, then for three years at most after the last exchange. If a contract is concluded, the relevant data is kept for the applicable legal periods.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to set directives on what happens to it after your death. To exercise them, write to studio.asmparis@outlook.com; you will receive an answer within one month.

If, after contacting us, you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
